caffitaly 系统的咖啡胶囊的核心技术是使用了胶囊里上下部位的两个微型过滤加反压器（图示），当泵浦(PUMP)产生出来的高压(15Bar)穿透胶囊时，咖啡粉马 上受到第一层的微型加压过滤器并施压平均的分布，就如同冲煮传统标准意式咖啡前的加压咖啡粉的动作，由上面微型过滤均压器均匀带进的压力使得8克的咖啡粉 (意大利标准剂量)受到完整的挤压效果并加以淬取, 然后再透过第2个微型过滤反压器，咖啡粉接受到反弹压力效果，能冲煮出更浓郁、香纯的标准道的意式咖啡，得到一层迷人赭红色的Crema，这就是意式espresso咖啡的精华。
