Coffee machine company relocates to Solihull
A GLOBAL coffee machine company has relocated to a new European headquarters in Solihull, bringing new jobs and investment to the region.
The Bunn-o-matic Corporation has moved from its offices in Milton Keynes to the new HQ at Monkspath Business Park in Solihull.
Property consultancy Johnson Fellows did the deal.
Andrew Rowson, building consultancy partner at Johnson Fellows, said: “It was great to work alongside Bunn to create the company’s European headquarters here in the West Midlands. Clients will come from across the world to this new facility where they will be shown the coffee machines that Bunn specialises in.
“So it was important that we not only identified the right locations but also delivered a first class environment in which the company can demonstrate its products and provide training.
“We had to fast-track the entire project and complete it within eight weeks, which was a remarkable achievement.”
The £125,000 project was completed on time and on budget with help from contractor R.E Brown Builders of Shrewsbury.
Simon Green, European technical manager at Bunn-o-matic, said: “Relocating a business is never easy but we achieved it with excellent support from Johnson Fellows.”
Bunn agreed a ten-year-lease on the 7,815 sq ft unit with landlord Solihull Industrial Owner.
